2. What data we process
Only the data you provide in the contact form: name, email, phone, service type and message, together with the page language, the date of submission and your acceptance of this policy. As with any website, the server keeps technical logs of IP addresses and requested pages to ensure the security and operation of the service.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and keep in touch about your request. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to handle your request. If an order is placed, the data will be kept for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal retention periods; otherwise, it will be deleted once it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
5. Who can access your data
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The following providers act as data processors to deliver the service:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting of the website and database on servers located in the European Union.
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) (France): sending the email notification for each request.
- Microsoft: email service where the notification is received. This may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to juliorabal@hotmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The public pages of this site do not use cookies, analytics tools or third-party content. Only the private administration area uses a technical session cookie, which is essential for signing in.
